We’ve officially entered the season of the BIG R bka, resolutions. For this year, let’s commit to setting goals that are actually enjoyable and attainable; like feeling more beautiful than ever before. You can start by picking one, two or most of these resolutions for a more beautiful you in 2016!
1) Comfy Socks for Rough Feet & Dry Hands
Rough feet and dry hands are almost inescapable in winter and many of us have to pay extra attention to moisturizing our skin. One classic solution available at any cost is slathering your feet and hands with your favorite moisturizer (i.e Intense Moisture Balm) and covering them with socks. Creating a moisturizing incubator for those tough dry spots helps soften dry scaly skin. 2) Strawberries for a Brighter Smile

To achieve this solution, mix baking soda with lukewarm water.. wash & rinse. For extra sparkle blend strawberries with your baking soda mix, give it a good gargle & you know the rest.

4) Sleep well to ease Facial Wrinkles
Wrinkles are a natural part of the aging process and as much as we embrace them, we don’t want to add unnecessary wrinkles due to stress. Changing your sleeping position can help you sleep better and reduce the appearance of wrinkles. Sleeping on your back instead of your side or stomach can do wonders for the overall appearance of your skin, because your pores are given an opportunity to breathe. 5) Hang Your Clothes in Outfits

18) Switch up your routine
